Before getting a tour of the property that is available, see the minimum requirements below to see if you are a good fit. Before leasing is finalized, each applicant must complete an online application ($50 fee) that includes background checks.

Minimum Requirements for Leasing

Qualifications for all our properties:

• Applicants who do not meet minimum screening standards below will not be approved.

• Applicant must have current photo identification and a valid social security number.

• Applicant's monthly household income must exceed three times the rent. All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered.

• Applicants must receive positive references, including from previous landlord

• Applicant may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords.

• Applicant must exhibit a responsible financial life.

• A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. Applicant’s background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility.

• Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom.

Pet policies for all our properties

• We do allow smaller pets for $25/month Pet Fee and our approval.

• No dogs over 50 lbs and no Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds or Chow Chow.

• Maximum two pets per unit.

How we work

We try to make things easy for all of us! We use a simple app to help with leasing, monthly payments, maintenance requests and other communication. You can make payments from your checking account (ACH) for no charge and even set it up monthly so you'll never miss a payment. Credit cards are accepted as well, but you'll be charged a processing fee.
